NOVU offers student residences that are comfortable and provide a fun environment designed for the needs of university students. As NEF’s masterbrand encourages, all living spaces have a strong element of ‘concept and design’ (aesthetically and functionally) with an emphasis on coworking and co-play areas for shared experiences and building a vibrant student community.

Business Today & Future

Now in its’ 4th year of business, NOVU Merter enjoys 100% occupancy with 1.013 operational beds and 2.058 beds in the pipeline-under construction. Novu is looking to expand to 15.000 beds inTurkey in the next five years. Internationally Novu is developing new concepts that will cater to the UK & US student accommodation markets with an aim to reach 50.000 beds through management contracts.
