Built by Timur Gayrimenkul in Bahcelievler district of Istanbul’s European side, Nef Bahcelievler is built upon 44.326 sqm land area in total. The project includes 903 residential units which come in 4 different options such as 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, and 4-bedroom apartment types. the sqm per unit area interval of the units ranges between 60 and 270 sqm. The expected delivery date of these units is set as August 2019.

Timur Gayrimenkul’s project will include indoor swimming pool, children playground, sauna and fitness center, shopping center, cafeteria and restaurant area, cinema, security staff with CCTV watch and controlled entrance for pedestrians and vehicles, recreational pond, walking track and underground parking lot.

The units will include ensuite bathroom for the master bedroom and central heating system at the time of delivery. Some of the structural qualities of the project can be listed as elevator, storage tank, power generator, lobby and reception area, sprinkler system and water booster.
